Tanner and Lindsey Gilbertson

In 2019 we moved to our country home on the outskirts of Marine on St. Croix and began to grow, harvest, hunt, and preserve food for our family. Over the years we’ve raised chickens, ducks, goats, and pigs on our homestead all the while exploring and practicing permaculture and regenerative agriculture. In 2025 we started our farm business with a desire to bring high quality food to our local community.

We are truly thankful to our wonderful customers who are partnering with us on this local food journey. In 2025 we served 10 customers with our 6 hogs, now in 2026 we are set to serve 36 customers with 25+ hogs (in addition to the hundreds of people we have been able to meet at local farmers markets)! We are so humbled.
